Place was nice when it first openend, the food was good and had good specials, now however went back this week with my sisters and walked in, and walked straight back out because as the other reviews mentioned, the smoke smell overtook the place. You couldnt even smell food cooking, just cigarette smoke, and the place was empty. Suggestion: outside tables where smokers can go. I wont go back unless they get rid of the smoke smell and make it nicer inside. — Anonymous Reviewer

There is a smoking side and a non-smoking side, so if you're a non-smoker you can enjoy TC Tooties. The food is decent. Burgers are great and the wings are good. Just be sure to ask for extra sauce or your wings will come out dry and without much sauce at all. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes our server is great, other times not. The best part about this restaurant is their specials. Monday burger special, steak special, and the Thursday wing special is perfect for us. $2.75 24oz Bud Light bottles and $.35 wings are a great deal. They also have a pool tournament on Thursday nights. 20 wings and three 24oz beers for around $15 is perfect for me and my friends. — Anonymous Reviewer

I gave a 3 because you have to give a number to proceed with a review. I have no review. I love this place but will not eat here. The smoke hit me like a brick wall the minute I walked in. So what do I love about it? God bless America, this is private property, and if the owners want to allow people to smoke, then it's their place...more power to 'em. Also, God bless America, I'm free not to pay money to suck it into my lungs. I wish T.C. Tootsies well...seriously! I hear the burgers rock! Who wouldn't like $1.50 beers? — Anonymous Reviewer

Food is pretty good here. Wings and Burgers are good and cheap on certain nights. Wings on Thursday nights are only 35 cents a wing they are pretty good. Burgers on Monday nights for 5 dollars with one side and a beer for just 5 dollars. They also have a Steak Dinner that is only 11 dollars with 2 sides and it is really good as well. It is a little crowded on certain nights with all that is going on, but it is one of those places that you just walk in and make yourself at home. If you are not getting service, just flag someone down and tell them that you would like to order. — Anonymous Reviewer

Heard thru the grapevine about TC's and took a stab in the dark for a drink (or 3) after we had already eaten dinner. We are non-smokers and tho that side of the bar wasn't as busy as the other side(we enjoy busy bars, for great conversation), we quite enjoyed ourselves! Our bartender was great and the prices couldn't be better~2 drafts and 5 Malibu's for only $15~ WOW! We go out to eat (and drink a lot when we are out) this is BY FAR the cheapest place in Winchester. We may try the food, seems basic so we will see~but it's cheap too! We think you should give it a chance, or another chance if you haven't been in since the non-smoking section opened! — Anonymous Reviewer

My friends and I came to TC Tooties for the UFC fights Saturday night and I have to say I have never been so un impressed. No one greeted us at the door or showed us where to go to get a table. In the span of the night we had 3 waitresses, none of whom seemed to know what was going on or anything about customer service. Our first waitress only showed up every 45 min, our second waitress who brought our food was a MORON who told us she didn't know whose wings were whose but "we could smell them to figure it out. I would smell them but it's not my food" I wish I was joking. We had to ask for sauce, no one's wings or onion rings had any. When we told her we were missing one person's plate of food, she seemed confused. So a THIRD waitress came over ALSO "confused" and told us several times "Well I don't understand what you're saying happened" We received silverware or napkins AFTER everyone was almost done eating, by this point we had already asked for them 3x. While they did take off the one person's meal that was late, I was completely unimpressed with this place. The boneless wings look like they went to Mc Donalds and dipped them in their own sauces. Bleu Cheese and Ranch are served in "communal bowls" which just seems kind of gross to me. I will definitely never go back. — Anonymous Reviewer
