My friend and I had heard about this place a few weeks ago, but hadn't had a chance to try it out. We finally went on a Saturday around 4 and we were the only ones in the place. At first glace we noticed they had free wi-fi which is a big plus since most coffee shops you either have to pay, or there is a 1 hour limit. They staff was friendly, but still pretty slow. We both got crepes and a drink and it was probably a 15 minute wait. I'm not sure if the man working there was the owner or not, but he was always checking in on us and making sure everything was okay. Even offered us a free desert as we were leaving. I hope for their sake that they can increase in their speed because if they had a long line of people the wait time would be very long. Regardless I will be going back, they have very fair prices and they offer a lot of drinks and food items that are unique and unlike any other coffee shop. — Anonymous Reviewer

Staff was very friendly, offered free cookies to the children. Had a dessert crepe that was made fresh, very tasty. The latte was a little heavy on the milk, and could have used another shot of espresso. The cafe is very comforable, kind of like a simple Starbucks setting. — Anonymous Reviewer

The staff seemed nervous. I only had time for a coffee to go which was good. The crepes looked interesting, they should talk them up instead of simply taking orders. I will go back to try the crepes when I have more time. — Anonymous Reviewer

I agree with the inexperienced staff assessment. It is a really cute cafe with potential. Being a new cafe, I expected a friendly greeting, but no welcomes or greetings here. Both employees were sitting at the tables, but one did jump up to wait on me (the guy never looked up or got up and reluctantly went to help behind the counter after a few other people came in and the one girl was still working on my order). Appreciate the detail to sanitation. Before starting my order, she washed her hands and put on gloves to put ingredients onto my crepe. Don't know the girls name but she helped me to make my selection of crepes. Chicken entree crepe was really tasty but a bit small for 6.75. A large man could have devoured it in 2 bites (3 bites if he's being modest!) Fortunately I don't have a big appetite. They have really unique drinks. I did try a Tea Latte which wasn't bad. I'd try them again but hope that as experience improves, customer service does by all employees. The crepe gets a solid 4.5/5 for taste and freshness. The tea latte a 3/5. — Anonymous Reviewer

The staff was very inexperienced. They obviously haven't had proper training. The frappe I had ordered made me extremely sick for a week. I would defInitely not recommend this cafe to anyone. — Anonymous Reviewer

Probably one of the best coffee/tea places in Winchester. They offer frappe's (a variation of a milkshake) and crepes. The location is perfect since its close to the 81, plus it is probably one of the few cafes that open late night (especially for students at Shenandoah). The owner said that internet will be available before the Bloom (finals week for the students). I am definitely coming back. — Anonymous Reviewer
