Only gave it a 1 because I can't give it a 0. I had the worst food I've ever eaten there. I asked for a manager and when I spoke with her she could not have been more rude.  She acted like she could have cared less about my bad experience.  I might have given it another try....I'm not that hard to please but the manager definitely made sure I'll never return.  Go anywhere else to eat.......Chili's is just down the street and their managers are terrific.  Ruby, you need to give your managers a class in customer service. — Anonymous Reviewer

My experience was truly a mixed bag. I got the crab cake platter with salad bar. To start, the salad bar is not what it used to be. Instead of having a variety of speciality salads like before....it is now just your basic types of lettuce with one cold noodle salad. Not at all worth the $3.00 extra they charge for it...As for the meal, the potato was good (but how is it possible to mess that up) and I was not a fan of the blue cheese cole slaw they served. There was nothing wrong with it, I just did not like the taste of it, so it is not a knock on them. My problem was with the crab cake. Instead of a nice round thick crab cake made with lump crab meat, I received a misshapen pile of minced crab meat that was cracker thin. The taste was good, but the portion size did not come anywhere near to justifying the price. The waitress was also less than stellar, disappearing as soon as the food was delivered, not to return again until she brought the check. No refills at all. Will I return? Possibibly, because there were a couple other things on the menu I would like to try....but with all the dining choices in the area now, it is going to hard to justify putting this place near the top of my list. — Anonymous Reviewer

I don't believe many people give this place credit where its due, at least in regards to their Lunch menu. I find that their salad bar is most appealing with a large variety of items. I highly recommend their soups and burgers. As far as dinner however its just not up to par with other places in town where you can get more bang for your buck. — Anonymous Reviewer

Was not a good experience. It took them a while to refill my drink and I don't think they listen when you order food. When I say "no tomato" and it comes out with tomato I begin to wonder if they really write things on those little pads or are they just pretending to care. — Anonymous Reviewer

The last time I went here was the last time. Service - Horrible Food - Sent back twice Ruby Tuesday used to be good, but since they remodeled and changed it up, the service and food quality are flat out terrible. I can understand why this company was having financial difficulties, for the price, there are far too many better options out there. This is one place Winchester could afford to lose, bring in an Unos or O'Charley's — Anonymous Reviewer

We hadn't been to Ruby Tuesdays for at least 6 months--but had dinner there last night for Mothers' Day because it wasn't crowded! The food was very good and the service was fine. My only complaint is the price of iced tea and cola products! (2 of us ordered water, instead) — Anonymous Reviewer

The last time I was there I was very, very unsatisfied with the service and the food. We usually went to this place once a week, but this last time will be the last time I go to Ruby Tuesday's. When we got seated we waited 20 minutes until I finally pulled a manager over and asked for service, then when the waitress brought my baked potato, it was black inside and I again had to pull a manager over, when he saw my potato he promptly when into the kitchen and brought me a new potato. We did not see the waitress again until she came to give us the bill and then she waited quite a while to pick it up. Last time I go to Ruby's. It is a shame because I love their salad bar, but waiting to be waited on for 20 minutes is really bad. — Anonymous Reviewer

Probably one of the best salad bars in town. I really like everything they have done to revamp their menu. The service was great and I enjoyed the food. — Anonymous Reviewer
