This is one of the best, flavorful and pleasant restaurants that I have been to in years. It was truly an excellent dining experience with an abundance of charm starting with the waiters, chefs and owners. The food was above excellent in flavor with the variety starting with the appetizers to the entries to the absolutely delightful desserts were superb. I have been ordering from this location since it was Donato's. I even ordered when it was Touch of Italy. Now that it is Roberta's it went to it and a handbasket. My orders always were over $100 from my family to eat and that was a total of 9 people and every time I would place an order for delivery it would come to me either missing items or it would be prepared wrong. I just ordered today and I've told them pacifically no onions because my brother-in-law is allergic and it showed up here on my doorstep loaded with onions. Will not order from them again they need to have people taking the orders have better speaking English and someone that can understand English. The food was fresh and flavorful. The family is hospitable...and hey....gotta say it in the age of COVID-19 the sanitary precautions made me feel safe. Roberta's takes the traditional pizzeria / Italian spot in Winchester and raises the bar x10! We sampled a bit of everything pasta, pizza, seafood, meatballs, salads and dessert. I eat pizza. Often. Anthony's was my go-to for pizza, and still is for a lot of other things, but in my opinion Roberta's has even better pizza. I was also a big fan of Donnie's and all of his food. I put Roberta's pizza above that. That said, I haven't had any other dishes at Roberta's, but Roberta's is my new go-to for pizza in Winchester. This place is great for food and pizza! I’ve been here a couple of times and everything has been amazing. Last night I went with a friend we were seated right away, ordered a pot of mussels as the appetizer in white sauce, DELICIOUS!!!! This is not Donatos...when I ordered I asked if food had changed and was assured that it had not for the sandwiches. I ordered 3 steak and cheese sandwiches and was so disappointed.
