I ordered an alcoholic drink while sitting out on the patio Friday night. They took my credit card at the beginning to start a tab for me. Before leaving I asked them for my bill, so that I could pay for it. Multiple waitresses/waiters said that they couldn't find any tab in my name. After about 15 minutes of waiting and refusing to give me my check another waiter comes up to me and says that my bill is already paid for. I was able to see the temporary authorization in my credit card transactions. The credit card transaction finally processed today and it was for a couple dollars more than what the drink was for meaning that they added their own tip without disclosing it to me, which is illegal! So, my rating can be nothing higher than Poor for their shady business practices! — Anonymous Reviewer

Hour an a half for lunch is ridiculous. Anyone needing a quick lunch, this is not the place! — Anonymous Reviewer

The first time I went to piccadilly's was absolutely awful. Me and my boyfriend had to find our own table and even grab our own silverware. This was on a Saturday night and even though there were plenty of people to serve, the waitress that we finally found kept serving the other tables around us but not us. The only good thing about the place was the food. But after that experience we've never stepped foot in there again, or plan to. We spent 20 mins looking for someone to seat us and find a waitress for our table. I only gave this place 1 star cuz that's the lowest option. It truly deserves -5 stars for such horrible service! — Anonymous Reviewer

This place needs a bar rescue. Food is way too expensive and terrible on most entrees.

Pro: has a great patio and Appetizers especially streamed shrimp

Cons: main course lack cost to quality ratio. Ordered a 28 dollar T-bone and got a 1/4 inch thick disappointment! It was supposed to be medium well and it was well and beyond cooked. Dry and hard to chew. It was the worst steak ever!

I know this is brew pub but not one specialty mixed drink. Ordered a margarita and had too much sour in it.

Thank goodness I had a $50 gift certificate because this was definitely not with my money.

This place doesn't brew their own beer but has all the makings for it. Dumb. Food is a 2 out of five. Service is a negative 3. Somebody needs to train these people mixed drink or cocktails are always awful. Good patio. Layout of inside bar area is awkward. — Anonymous Reviewer

This place has amazing food! The wings (house sauce) I have dreams about. If you haven't tried them, please do. I had my wedding reception upstairs in the large banquet room. The tasting was very professional and excellent. The food at the reception was even better than the tasting. All of our guests raved about the food, and kept going back for more! They said it was the best "wedding food" they have ever had. Don't go when it's super busy and leave a bad review. Any restaurant is going to be slower when it's packed with people. I recommend giving it another chance. I also love the fried pickles. — Anonymous Reviewer

The food, mediocre if you are lucky. The drinks..well I ordered an old fashioned 30 minutes later a bourbon on the rocks came. The service is the worst thing about this place. The best thing the patio. If someone else gets a better patio they are in trouble. The inside is always dead. — Anonymous Reviewer

I eat at Piccadilly's pretty regularly. The food, service and staff are always amazing. Read some of the older reviews and saw some complaints about the service. Those people must not be working there anymore. — Anonymous Reviewer

In the summer the patio is awesome. It's a great place to get drinks, but their food is just good and nothing to write home about. I wish they would work on the quality of their food, so this place would be awesome! — Anonymous Reviewer

They do NOT brew beer on site. They have fermenters that are never active. Ask them if they brew on site and you get very weird answer. — Anonymous Reviewer
