Now that this diner has gotten a much more realistic menu, it is a better place to eat. The food is good and the service is mostly acceptable. I don't like to have someone running a sweeper while I'm eating! — Anonymous Reviewer

I've been here multiple times and everytime the waitresses get worse and worse. The first waitress was absolutely pleasent and very hospitable, but the last one was rude and constantly rushing us, even though we were the only customers. The service aside, the food is very good and the only reason we come back. — Anonymous Reviewer

Great service...great food. I have been in there several times and I have not once seen any health violations. I will keep going back. One of the cleanest restaurants I have seen in Winchester. — Anonymous Reviewer

This is a typical diner with too large a menu for them to keep fresh ingredients so you get mediocre diner fare. Not the new style upper class diner I had hoped Winchester would finally get. Anyway that aside the food is ok if thats what you desire. The reason for one star is while dining I watched a waitress clean the floor with a rag and the go directly to cleaning table tops. There is no excuse for that and how unsanitary can you get. Better get up on the training before the FDA stops in. — Anonymous Reviewer

The food is good and the service is acceptable. I highly recommend Old Town Diner, except it is miss-named! The diner is in North Side, not Old Town! I believe it is owned by the same people who opened and recently closed Winchester Diner on Valley Avenue. I'm glad to see that this restaurant is still in business. — Anonymous Reviewer
