I've been to this McCoys on 3 occasions. The food is mostly good and the place is very clean. The employees seem rather 'clueless' -- the person who did the cooking each time that I was there appeared to be overworked and frazzled. On 2 separate visits, the server had no idea what was on the menu and had to keep asking the cook questions. On the 3rd visit, the server acted like they had never waited on anyone before! (No silverware, no straws, etc.) I asked the server if they were new they said no, they'd worked there for several months!
The one thing that surprised me the most was that there was no mention of ice cream on the menu or on the signage. As I paid my bill, I saw a separate menu that gave info regarding their ice cream. I can't imagine why they don't give that one to the customer before they give them their check (which I had to ask for on all 3 visits).
McCoys has a great opportunity to succeed in this location but they really need to train their employees and perhaps have a second person prepare sandwiches while the other one cooks hot food. — Anonymous Reviewer
