We visited the IHOP on 50w in front of Walmart, Winchester, VA this morning as we often do. We ordered and received our meal, and then we realised there was a free meal available for Veterans. Why don't the waitresses let us know beforehand. Not very nice. So we paid almost $19.00 when it could have been free. Please do better. — Anonymous Reviewer
