Sadly this place isnt getting better. Our fam has only been eating here a couple years so I dont know how bad the prior serivce/owners were to compare really. Our experience is a long wait for food. Always excuses of late employees, something not working right. Burgers are "char" grilled but there is a difference between a flavorful char and a burnt char. Chicken is dry. Hot dogs are nothing better than grocery store versions and wings can be had better from a tysons froze bag. — Anonymous Reviewer

Well I had never ate there before I met the General manager was very helpful. I ordered the old fashioned with cheese fries it was great. The cook was excellent and the manager was great five stars all the way better than five guys — Anonymous Reviewer

New Years day lunch was good. My wife and I ate here for the first time and thought the food was pretty good. We both got burgers and fries and ordered a side of chili that we used on our fries. The food: The burgers were really good! Nice and juicy and cooked just the way we ordered. The fries came out looking pretty sad, BUT the manager offered right away to bring us a fresh batch. Which he did and they were MUCH better. The chili had a nice smokey flavor to it, and went really good with the fries. The service: The delivery of our food took a little longer than I expected for the number of people being served and the type of food being prepared. The manager did earn some points because he brought us the burgers and let us eat those even though the fries needed to be recooked. What they have over their competition, a bar and TV's. Need to improve their speed for delivering the food to be a 5 star establishment. — Anonymous Reviewer
