We order from Claudio's at least once a week. The employees are always courteous. The delivery drivers are courteous. The food is always consistently good. Their customer service is non existent! They are rude and incompetent! Every time I have ordered delivery from them more order has been wrong and when I call and tell them they say "my bad" and do nothing to fix it or try to argue that your order wasn't wrong to begin with! I just ordered a pizza and a sub. The pizza reminded me of the Anthony's of old. I ordered a 12 inch sub. When I got home just for fun I measured it, it was NINE inches. When I called and said that my 12 inch sub was only NINE inches I got a duhhhh and I could make you another but I am not sure of the size of the bread.
