I'm writing a review because I have a bad review to write, but we have been coming here over a year and it's been fine until the last time visited. Last week gonna be the last time!

First: Attitude .. They had a bad attitude to the customer. We tried to talk nicely but they're not friendly at all. AT ALL PERIOD.

Second: Service .. You have to learn how to serve the customer, willing to work as a server.

Third: Food .. I did not want free stuff and be happy with your horrible food that we had to pay for.

Tried the padthai and it tasted like cardboard. It may have been OK at one time but now it's just not worth the trip. We love Thai food and Winchester has much better to offer. — Anonymous Reviewer

We used to really like this place, the food was consistent and the service was good. Unfortunately I think it's changed hands and the portions (even before changing hands) were getting smaller as the prices went higher. It was a stretch to justify the price vs. the quantity when they opened but we did because it was freshly prepared, nicely presented and showed a little more attention to detail than most places. Now however the entree's are getting closer to the portion one would get as an apetizer and paying $40 for a dinner for two and still being hungry afterwards is just not something we can accept in this economy. — Anonymous Reviewer

I can only review based on take out but I have been extremely pleased every time that I have gotten food here. They are very receptive to any special orders. (spicy, + or - ingredients) — Anonymous Reviewer

I absolutely loved the green curry -- super spicy but full of flavor. The sweet and sour chicken may need additional salt. The service is always prompt. — Anonymous Reviewer

This is my favorite place in town for lunch. I love the Pad Thai and Curry Combo, but all the lunch specials are great!!! The service has been wonderful, too. — Anonymous Reviewer

I've been here several times and like the food. However, the portions seem to get smaller every time I go back. — Anonymous Reviewer

This place tends toward the inconsistent. Several times the best Thai food we've had, other times disappointing. Changing chefs? Last time was better than average. Had the Numtok appetizer. Marinated beef, salty with fish sauce, sweet and sour with lime juice, garlic, ginger, red onions and scallions. Kind of a grilled beef civiche, left us craving more...yummo!

Thai Bangkok beef and chicken with cashews are a winner also. The chicken tasting smoky from the wok. This last time the Phad Thai was disappointing, soggy noodles and overpoweringly sweet with sugar. "Is this dessert?", asked my wife.

I must agree with the small portions assessment. — Anonymous Reviewer

Went with my daughter last night for pad see eiw, panang curry, and drunen noodles. The food and service was mediocre. With better options in town, we won't be coming back. — Anonymous Reviewer
