Friday, May 15, 2020, Winchester restaurants will transition to Phase I of the Governor's reopening strategy. This strategy allows restaurants in Winchester to continue to offer takeout and delivery and allows restaurants to accomodate customers in their outdoor seating areas at a 50% capacity.
