If I could give zero I would! Hired them to cater my daughter’s wedding. We expected 100 people and if they had all shown up there would not have been enough food. For the amount we paid them I could have personally provided a lot more food and it would have been hot and yes the food he brought was cold. We were shorted rolls and coleslaw and they brought 2 small pans of meat. I paid $1500 and an extra travel fee. He left early and we had to store his equipment for 6 weeks. He had originally told me he would reimburse me for the coleslaw and roll shortages. There wasn’t enough rolls for 100 people. He didn’t even bring plates and silverware. I contacted him before the wedding to see if I needed to supply them and was told no he was supplying them. We had to run out while my daughter was having pictures done and purchase plates and plasticware. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I waited to see what his response would be when we returned his equipment today and I quote…. He said I don’t care! Well I guess they got their money so to hell with me.
